Abstract

Esta publicación reúne las pláticas que dio Marcelo Delajara en su programa Economía en Tiempo Real, de la televisión por internet Rompeviento TV, sobre temas de coyuntura económica de México durante 2017 y 2018. El texto está dirigido al público en general y a los estudiantes de diversas disciplinas en ciencias sociales interesados en conocer y comprender la economía mexicana. El autor usa un estilo sencillo de exposición que no excluye el análisis riguroso, el sustento de los datos y la crítica de la conducción económica. Los temas que cubre son precios y costos de vida, política monetaria, mercado laboral, movilidad social, ciclo económico y política fiscal. Por contraposición con los hechos económicos de ese periodo, los lectores de este libro podrán construir una perspectiva sobre la economía mexicana y los desafío que esta enfrenta en la nueva etapa política que inició en 2018, y cuyos dirigentes denominaron la cuarta transformación.
