Crecimiento económico en el Perú: causas y consecuencias

Abstract

En este libro se presenta ocho estudios dedicados al crecimiento económico en el Perú. La primera parte ocupa un panorama general, donde se va engranando cada uno de los siguientes capítulos en el crecimiento económico en el Perú. En una segunda parte, se presenta trabajos sobre las causas del crecimiento económico, y la tercera parte ocupa sobre las consecuencias del crecimiento económico en el Perú. Los estudios que se presentan hacen diagnósticos y sugerencias en diferentes aspectos que deben ser considerados relevantes con miras a fomentar el crecimiento económico de largo plazo de manera sostenida, y de cómo este crecimiento tiene efectos sobre otras esferas del desarrollo económico. Por ello, esta colección de estudios es una muestra representativa de los esfuerzos recientes desde la investigación para entender el crecimiento económico en el Perú, dando evidencias para generar mejores políticas públicas.
