Research On The Cold Chain Logistics Of Bacardi

Abstract

In recent years, with the development of China’s economy, the living standards of the people have been continuously improved, and the demand for food quality and freshness has become higher and higher, especially for fresh produce. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the company and the problems in the management of cold chain logistics, this paper establishes a cold-chain logistics management mode that meets the Bacardi companies. Through to the Bacardi implementation of the principle of cold chain logistics management mode, management mode and purpose is analyzed, the main node to Bacardi company provides intelligent pave the way for the development of cold chain logistics system, which guarantees for the implementation of the cold chain logistics management.
