Analysis of the factors influencing the transformation effect of scientific and technological achievements

Abstract

This paper mainly analyzes the key influencing factors of four subjects, such as scientific research institutes, enterprises, science and technology intermediaries, government in the process of transformation of scientific and technological achievements. On the basis of the existing literature, the main influencing factors of five subjects were summed up, the influence factors were sorted by Moody sequence Diagram method and Delphi method, and the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward according to the result of sequencing, to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
