Erfassung der Erwerbstätigkeit ab 2021 in Mikrozensus und EU-Arbeitskräfteerhebung

Abstract

Zum Jahr 2021 sind neue europäische Verordnungen im Bereich der Sozialstatistiken und vor allem der Arbeitskräfteerhebung in Kraft getreten. Sie geben Änderungen und Anpassungen im Fragebogen des deutschen Mikrozensus vor, die sich auf die Ergebnisse zur Erwerbstätigkeit auswirken. Vor allem beeinflussen die veränderte Reihenfolge der Fragen und neue Antwortkategorien in einigen zentralen Fragen das Antwortverhalten der Befragten. Dieser Aufsatz analysiert die Auswirkungen der neuen Vorgaben auf die Ergebnisse und ermöglicht, diese zu erklären und zu quantifizieren.
