Die Erfassung der Erwerbstätigkeit unter den neuen europäischen Rechtsgrundlagen ab 2021

Abstract

Die Einführung neuer europäischer Verordnungen in der Integrierten Europäischen Sozialstatistik und der Arbeitskräfteerhebung beeinflusst die Erfassung der Erwerbstätigkeit im Mikrozensus und in der darin integrierten EU-Arbeitskräfteerhebung. Durch eine angestrebte Inputharmonisierung und daraus folgende, stärkere Vorgaben durch die Rechtsgrundlage und deren Anhang waren die Leitfragen zum ILO-Erwerbsstatus zu ändern und die Herangehensweise neu zu gestalten. Zusätzliche definitorische Änderungen machten auch Anpassungen bei Fragen zur Feststellung des Erwerbsstatus erforderlich. Der Artikel beschreibt, wie die Umsetzung dieser Anforderungen erfolgte und welche Auswirkungen sich auf den Fragebogen ergaben.
