Trusted Smart Surveys: Fragebogen trifft neue digitale Daten

Abstract

Smart Surveys sind Befragungen, die mithilfe von mobilen Geräten, typischerweise Smartphones oder Tablets, durchgeführt werden. Sie kombinieren interaktive Daten, die explizit von den Auskunftgebenden zur Verfügung gestellt werden, mit passiven, im Hintergrund von Sensoren erfassten Daten. Dadurch bieten Smart Surveys das Potenzial, die Qualität von Befragungen zu verbessern und den Befragungsaufwand bei zusätzlichem Informationsgewinn zu verringern. Das europäische Projekt ESSnet Smart Surveys leistete vorbereitende Arbeiten für die Entwicklung einer europaweiten Plattform zum Austausch von Smart-Survey-Lösungen und -komponenten. Pilotprojekte in den Bereichen Konsum, Zeitverwendung, Gesundheit und Lebensbedingungen ergänzten das ESSnet-Smart-Surveys-Projekt.
