Kern-Qualitätskennzahlen im Zensus 2022: Eine zensusspezifische Ausgestaltung der Qualitätsdatenblätter im Verbund

Abstract

Für das systematische Qualitätsmanagement in der amtlichen Statistik stehen diverse Instrumente zur Verfügung. Dieser Artikel fokussiert auf die "Kern-Qualitätskennzahlen" im Zensus 2022, die in Anlehnung an das Instrument "Qualitätsdatenblätter im Verbund" zur Steuerung und Evaluierung entwickelt wurden. Der Zensus als herausragendes Statistikprodukt besteht aus einem komplexen Erstellungsprozess mit verschiedenen Erhebungsteilen. Eine adäquate Qualitätsbewertung des Prozesses und damit auch des Produkts ermöglichen die spezifischen Kern-Qualitätskennzahlen aus den einzelnen Erhebungs- und Aufbereitungsphasen. Basierend auf den Erfahrungen beim Zensus 2022 zeigt der Beitrag Weiterentwicklungspotenziale für die Qualitätsdatenblätter im Verbund auf.
