Balanced scorecards: strategisches Instrument der Innovationspolitik

Abstract

Begriffe wie nationale Innovationssysteme und regionale Kompetenznetzwerke nähren den Eindruck, daß technologische Entwicklungen der bundesdeutschen Wirtschaft das Ergebnis gezielter politischer Förderung sind. Dennoch zeigen sich vielfältige Lücken bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Erkenntnisse. Insbesondere fehlt es an einer systematischen Verknüpfung einzelner Ansätze. Bieten in diesem Zusammenhang Erfahrungen aus der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit der Balanced Scorecard als strategischem Hilfsmittel neue Impulse?
