Abstract

Am 15. Februar 2001 hat die Bundesregierung den Entwurf eines Maßstäbegesetzes beschlossen. Mit diesem Gesetz1 soll ein Auftrag des Bundesverfassungsgerichts erfüllt werden, den das Gericht in seiner Entscheidung vom 15.11.1999 detailliert formuliert hat. Was forderte das Bundesverfassungsgericht vom Gesetzgeber? Wie wird die Bundesregierung diesen Forderungen gerecht?
