Ein Modell zur langfristigen Sicherung der Beamtenpensionen

Abstract

Im Zuge der Zukunftssicherung der Altersvorsorge gibt es Bestrebungen, die auch bei den Pensionsausgaben der Beamten spürbare demographische Entwicklung durch eine Änderung bei den Pensionsansprüchen zumindest zum Teil aufzufangen. Professor Eckart Bomsdorf stellt mehrere Varianten eines Modells vor, bei dem der Aufbau eines Pensionsvorsorgefonds durch den schrittweisen Abbau der 13. Monatspension finanziert wird. Dadurch wird vor allem für die demographisch kritischen Jahre eine große Entlastung bei den Pensionszahlungen ermöglicht.
