Direktinvestitionen - ein problematischer Standortindikator

Abstract

Die deutsche Direktinvestitionsstatistik weist für das erste Quartal 2000 einen Kapitalzufluß in Höhe von über 300 Mrd. DM aus, wertmäßig mehr als irgendein europäisches Land jemals an Inward-Direktinvestitionen in einem Jahr erhalten hat. Ist dies das Come back des Standorts Deutschland? Was sagt der Indikator „Direktinvestitionen" aus?
