Überhöhte Verrechnungspreise überzeichnen den chinesischen Export

Abstract

Derzeit besteht der Verdacht, dass der Export Chinas durch die Verwendung überhöhter Verrechnungspreise zu hoch ausgewiesen werde. Da der Anteil Chinas am Welthandel auf über 10% gewachsen ist, könnte dies zu einer falschen Einschätzung der internationalen Konjunktur führen. Um das Ausmaß eventueller Verzerrungen zu quantifizieren, wurden die Exportwerte mit dem Containerumschlag chinesischer Häfen verglichen. Danach hat der Exportwert je Container im Durchschnitt der Monate Januar bis April 2013 um 13.5%-Punkte stärker gegenüber dem Vorjahr zugenommen als dies nach Maßgabe der chinesischen Produzentenpreise zu erwarten wäre. Dies bestätigt die Vermutung überhöhter Verrechnungspreise.
