Personalzusatzkosten in der deutschen Wirtschaft

Abstract

Im Jahr 2004 hat vor allem der weiter gesunkene Krankenstand die Personalzusatzkostenquote in Deutschland vermindert. Dennoch erreichten die Aufwendungen je vollbeschäftigten Mitarbeiter in Euro gerechnet ein neues Rekordniveau. Die Personalzusatzkosten im deutschen Produzierenden Gewerbe stiegen im Jahr 2004 je Arbeitnehmer und Jahr auf 21.630 Euro und erreichten damit 76,6 Prozent des Direktentgelts. In Ostdeutschland lagen sie mit 13.800 Euro um fast 40 Prozent unter dem westdeutschen Niveau von 22.720 Euro. Mit nunmehr 66,6 Prozent liegt die ostdeutsche Personalzusatzkostenquote wegen der dort geringeren Aufwendungen für die betriebliche Altersversorgung und deutlich niedrigerer Sonderzahlungen nach wie vor deutlich unter der westdeutschen Quote von 77,7 Prozent. Im deutschen Dienstleistungsgewerbe weisen die Zusatzkosten enorme Unterschiede auf: Sie belaufen sich auf 13.920 Euro im Einzelhandel bis hin zu 34.380 Euro im Versicherungsgewerbe.
