Bei Annährung weiterhin Besonderheiten der Konsumstruktur in Ostdeutschland

Abstract

Von 1991 bis 1998 hat sich die Ausgabenstruktur der ostdeutschen Haushalte bei überproportionaler Zunahme der Verbrauchsausgaben für den gehobenen Bedarf westdeutschen Konsummustern angenähert. Unterschiede im privaten Konsum zwischen Ost und West bleiben bestehen. So ist der Anteil der wohnbedingten Ausgaben in den ostdeutschen Haushalten noch deutlich niedriger als in den westdeutschen Haushalten.
