IWH-Bauumfrage im dritten Quartal 2015: Geschäftsklima unverändert gut

Abstract

Das Geschäftsklima im ostdeutschen Baugewerbe ist laut Umfrage des IWH im Sommer alles in allem freundlich geblieben. Die Unternehmen beurteilen ihre Geschäftslage ähnlich gut wie im Quartal zuvor. Hinsichtlich der Geschäftsaussichten für das nächste halbe Jahr sind sie sogar etwas optimistischer als noch im Frühjahr – die saldierten Urteile der Unternehmen steigen um zwei Punkte. Die Ausstattung mit Liquidität wird etwas günstiger bewertet; hinsichtlich der zu erwartenden Produktion äußerten sich die Unternehmen aber etwas verhaltener als zuvor, und die im Frühjahr gestiegenen Ertragserwartungen fallen zurück auf Vorjahresniveau. Dahinter stehen stark divergierende Stimmungslagen in den Sparten. Während sich das Ausbaugewerbe weiterhin deutlich im Aufwind sieht, bleiben das Bauhauptgewerbe und hier insbesondere die Tiefbauunternehmen eher vorsichtig optimistisch
