Akquisition und Integration eines ergänzenden Geschäftes

Abstract

Mit Akquisitionen verfolgen Unternehmen wichtige Ziele wie Umsatz, Kosten, Ertrag, Marktanteil, Technologie etc. Es gilt, Synergiepotenziale zu nutzen und in messbare Ergebnisse umzumünzen. Dabei stellen Akquisitionen eine oft tiefgreifende Veränderung für das übernommene, aber auch für das übernehmende Unternehmen dar. Der Integrationsprozess bietet die Chance, Bestehendes zu hinterfragen und gegebenenfalls neu zu ordnen. Die entscheidende Frage lautet: "Wie würden wir es mit all unseren Erfahrungen gestalten, wenn wir es nochmals von Grund auf neu machen müssten?"
