Abstract

Wow-Effekte im Akkord: Kundenservice-Mitarbeiter arbeiten oft unter extrem straffen Arbeitsbedingungen, sollen Kunden aber überglücklich machen. Zugleich wird ihr Arbeitsprofil anspruchsvoller, der Kundenberater verändert seine Rolle. Wenn er heute als Markenbotschafter das Gesicht eines Unternehmens mitgestalten soll, dann müssen viele Führungskräfte ihre Fähigkeit zur Motivation optimieren.
