Международные Кластерные Инициативы Как Форма Реализации Кластерной Политики Стран Региона Балтийского Моря

Abstract

В статье рассматривается международная кластерная политика стран Балтийского региона с целью выявления предпосылок зарождения международных кластеров. Достижение поставленной цели требует решения ряда задач: 1) выявление причин интернационализации региональных кластеров; 2) рассмотрение ключевых направлений реализации кластерной политики по формированию международных кластеров в Европе; 3) изучение опыта стран Балтийского региона при реализации кластерной политики в отношении международных кластеров.
