Business Model Canvas zur Konzipierung innovativer Startups am Beispiel der InTraSol GmbH

Abstract

Business Models haben in der Managementpraxis innovativer Existenzgründungen an Bedeutung gewonnen. Während einst Businesspläne das Geschäftskonzept verschriftlichten, dienen gegenwärtig Business Models als zentrales Bezugssystem für Analysen, Bewertungen und Planungen. Sie identifizieren und visualisieren die erfolgskritischen Komponenten einer Gründung in einem konzeptionellen, aggregierten Rahmen. So werden komplexe Vorhaben beschreibbar, realisierbar und überprüfbar. Das Wesentliche wird fokussiert, so dass die Strukturlogik des Unternehmens schnell verstanden wird. Der Beitrag zeigt diese Besonderheiten von Business Models auf sowie deren Entstehung und Ansätze. Die praktische Anwendung wird anhand der Business Model Canvas nach Osterwalder/Pigneur (2010) sowie am Beispiel eines Startups der Elektromobilität erklärt.
