Forecasting of the financial threat. Predictional value of the Polish models of discrimination analysis

Abstract

Przedmiotem opracowania jest empiryczna weryfikacja przydatności polskich modeli analizy dyskryminacyjnej do oceny kondycji finansowej spółek giełdowych i prognozowanie ich zagrożenia upadłością oraz ocena wartości predykcyjnej tych modeli. Przeprowadzone badania wykazały, że analizowane modele prognostyczne, skonstruowane na podstawie analizy dyskryminacyjnej, charakteryzują się wysoką wartością predykcyjną nawet dwa lata przed złożeniem wniosku o upadłość i/lub o wszczęcie postępowania układowego.
