Audit of software quality by valuing method

Abstract

Porównano istniejące modele jakości oprogramowania. Na podstawie listy znamion jakości produktów materialnych zauważono potrzebę uzupełnienia tych modeli o brakujące aspekty jakości. Ze względu na zbiorczy charakter jakości, do badania jakości produktu informatycznego zaproponowa- no model wielokryterialny. Opisano proces badania jakości, korzystając z metod stosowanych w inżynierii jakości. Przedstawiono metodę kwantyfikowania stanów kryteriów i metodę stopniowania ważności kryteriów. Zamieszczono przykład, ilustrujący opracowany schemat postępowania. Do istotnych trudności w zastosowaniu metod ilościowych zaliczono dobór właściwych kryteriów i atrybutów jakości oraz możliwość wykonywania pomiarów tych atrybutów.
