Konjunktur zwischen Abkühlung und Stabilisierung

Abstract

In den USA und im Euro-Raum wuchs die Wirtschaft im I. Quartal 2019 stärker als zuletzt. Einige Indikatoren deuten weiter auf eine Abkühlung hin. Die Konjunktur scheint sich jedoch wieder etwas stabilisiert zu haben. In Österreich schwächte sich das Wachstum im I. Quartal hingegen neuerlich etwas ab. Insbesondere die Sachgütererzeugung leidet unter der weltweiten Konjunkturflaute, während sich die Binnenwirtschaft robust entwickelt. Die Erholung auf dem Arbeitsmarkt verflacht allmählich. Die Inflation ist weiterhin mäßig.
