Robuste Konjunktur trotz zunehmender Risiken im internationalen Handel

Abstract

Die heimische Wirtschaft expandierte auch im Spätsommer noch kräftig, jedoch schwächte sich der Rückgang der Arbeitslosigkeit ab. Im Euro-Raum verläuft der Konjunkturaufschwung weiter stabil, wenn auch verhalten. In den USA profitiert die Wirtschaft von der expansiven Fiskalpolitik und expandiert überaus kräftig. Die verunsichernden handelspolitischen Signale beeinträchtigen den Welthandel ebenso wie der starke Wechselkursverfall in vielen Schwellenländern. Dies könnte in weiterer Folge die exportorientierten Industrieländer treffen.
