Erwerbsaustritts- und Pensionsantrittsdynamik im Bausektor

Abstract

Das tatsächliche und das gesetzliche Pensionsantrittsalter stehen im Mittelpunkt der öffentlichen Diskussion. Für viele Versicherte entspricht das Pensionsantrittsalter aber nicht gleichzeitig dem Erwerbsaustrittsalter. Anhand der Pensionsneuzuerkennungen 2008/2010 in der Saisonbranche Bauwirtschaft zeigt sich eine deutliche Diskrepanz: Bauarbeiter mit vorzeitiger Alterspension haben die geringste und jene mit regulärer Alterspension die höchste Erwerbslücke. Aufgrund der hohen Beschäftigungsdynamik sind in der Bauwirtschaft sowohl die Anteile der vorzeitigen Alterspensionen geringer als auch die Erwerbslücken größer als in der Gesamtwirtschaft.
