Abstract

Die Weltmarktanteile Österreichs im Handel mit Industriegütern verlagerten sich zwischen 1999 und 2009 deutlich zu Ländern, deren Wirtschaft sich in einem Aufholprozess befindet. Österreichs Exportwirtschaft reagierte auf diese Entwicklung durch Qualitätssteigerung entlang von Qualitätsleitern innerhalb der bestehenden Branchenstruktur.
