Konjunkturindikatoren in der Industrie auf niedrigem Niveau stabilisiert

Abstract

Die österreichische Wirtschaft schrumpfte im I. Quartal um 2,6% gegenüber dem Vorquartal und um 3,5% gegenüber dem Vorjahr. Infolge des Konjunktureinbruchs übertraf die Arbeitslosenquote im Mai mit 6,6% das Vorjahresniveau um 1½ Prozentpunkte. Im April und Mai haben sich die Produktionserwartungen der Industrie jedoch leicht verbessert.
