Von der Transformationsrezession zum Aufschwung. Wirtschaftliche Rahmenbedingungen in den benachbarten MOEL aus EU-Perspektive

Abstract

Die 5 MOEL haben den institutionellen und organisatorischen Wandel, zum Teil auch den Strukturwandel im Übergang von der Planwirtschaft zur Marktwirtschaft zum großen Teil rasch bewältigt. Unter der Voraussetzung einer zumindest durchschnittlichen Konjunktur in Westeuropa kann in den nächsten Jahren in Osteuropa mit einem Wirtschaftswachstum von etwa 4½% gerechnet werden.
