Abstract

Die Landwirtschaft galt als kritischer Bereich der EU-Integration. Der Übergang in den Binnenmarkt konnte vorerst ohne größeren Einbruch bewältigt werden. Die Agrareinkommen sind gestiegen. Großzügige flankierende Maßnahmen erleichterten den Übergang, sie zeigen zugleich aber die hohe Abhängigkeit der Landwirtschaft von den öffentlichen Haushalten.
