Konjunkturabschwung schlägt auf Investitionen durch. Die Ergebnisse des Investitionstests vom Frühjahr 1993

Abstract

Hatten die Investitionen der Gesamtwirtschaft seit Jahren stärker expandiert als die Wirtschaftsleistung, so fielen sie 1992 erstmals zurück, 1993 bleiben sie voraussichtlich real um 2,9% unter dem Vorjahresniveau. Die in der WIFO-Erhebung befragten Bereiche wollen 1993 real um 10% weniger investieren. Besonders pessimistisch ist die Stimmung in der Industrie (–19%). Auch die Investitionen der Bauwirtschaft werden leicht zurückgehen. Die Pläne der Elektrizitätswirtschaft und der Sondergesellschaften liegen über dem Vorjahresniveau und mildern im Falle ihrer Realisierung den Abschwung.
