Die österreichische Wirtschaft zu Beginn der neunziger Jahre: Prognose bis 1993

Abstract

In den Jahren 1989 bis 1993 wird sich die österreichische Wirtschaft günstiger entwickeln als in den achtziger Jahren. Das reale Brutto-Inlandsprodukt nimmt voraussichtlich im Durchschnitt um 2¾% pro Jahr zu. Durch die erwartete Ausweitung der Beschäftigung wird die Arbeislosenrate zurückgehen (auf 4,6% im Jahr 1993). Das WIFO rechnet mit einem mäßigen Anstieg der Inflationsrate. Die Defizite der Leistungsbilanz und des Bundeshaushalts werden (in Prozent des BIP) im Prognosezeitraum sinken.
