Internationale Investitionen. Verflechtung der österreichischen Wirtschaft

Abstract

Österreich hat auch Mitte der achtziger Jahre noch ein deutliches Defizit an Direktinvestitionen im Ausland. Die Zahl der Beschäftigten in ausländischen Unternehmen im Inland ist in den siebziger und achtziger Jahren gestiegen, während die inländische private Industrie in diesem Zeitraum ein Viertel ihrer Beschäftigten verlor. Gemessen an der gesamten Industriebeschäftigung ist die Zahl der Beschäftigten in ausländischen Industrieunternehmen in Österreich besonders hoch, die Zahl der Beschäftigten österreichischer Industrieunternehmen in Ausland unter den niedrigsten der OECD.
