Abstract

Patologie związane z pracą informatyka w systemie organizacyjnym fi rmy Artykuł opisuje zagrożenia płynące dla informatyków pracujących przez wiele godzin za pomocą komputera, Internetu i telefonu komórkowego w organizacjach różnego typu. Na początku omówiono wpływ digitalizacji na zmiany w systemie zarządzania organizacjami. W dalszej kolejności znajduje się próba odpowiedzi na pytanie jakie jest miejsce i rola informatyków w organizacjach. Następnie zostają przytoczone wyniki badań własnych autorów dotyczące źródeł zagrożeń związanych z wielogodzinną pracą informatyków w organizacji z wykorzystaniem zdobyczy współczesnej technologii teleinformatycznej.
