State and prospect in the development of the leasing of real estate in Bulgaria

Abstract

In the article there is studied the development of the leasing of real estate in Bulgaria for the period 2005 - 2010. As a result of the conducted analysis there is drawn the general conclusion that this form of financing is not sufficiently used in this country. On the basis of the issues drawn out, there are made suggestions as to their solution, which would have a positive effect on the development of this kind of leasing. It is noted that in order to implement the above suggestions it is necessary to unite the efforts of the central and local authorities, branch organizations, academic circles and all subjects directly involved in this type of financing the acquisition of real estate.
