Prerequisites For The Use Of Outsourcing In Distribution

Abstract

In the present article there are discussed theoretical aspects of distribution. There are generalized the opinions of a number of authors on its nature and are deduced some major factors for the application of outsourcing in distribution. By way of comparison there are studied the opportunities provided to companies by both outsourcing and independent execution in the area of distribution. There are made an analysis and assessment of the conditions for th e use of the concept of outsourcing in Bulgaria based on the Global Services Location Index (GSLI).
