Abstract

Technological progress has changed the way of working, forced the transformation of professions, strengthened the need to increase the skills and competences of individuals and imposed new approaches in the management of human resources. The pandemic caused by the Covid-19 virus has led to the search for various remote and hybrid work opportunities. The purpose of the report is to outline some of the challenges facing women in a hybrid work environment, in the context of changing economic and social conditions.
