Abstract

The report attempts to address the feasibility of work-based learning and internship agreements in business practice. It considers the specifics of professional-qualification-of-staff agreements and indicates the benefits for both contractual parties (employee and employer), the areas of feasibility of such agreements, the reasons why these are not widely used in practice, as well as the possible solutions to increase their applicability in the business practice.
