Abstract

The modern mechanism for the formation and implementation of programs of integrated territorial development (ITD) is considered. Recommendations are given on the use of the project approach in the planning and management of ITP programs in a large city. The main problems of using the design approach are identified using the example of the construction industry. The object of research is the St. Petersburg agglomeration.
