Abstract

The development of residential construction in the 10 largest cities in Bulgaria is essential for a country's economy because it is necessary for its prosperity and competitiveness. For the purposes of the study, we will analyze data on the volume and cost of residential construction in these cities. This sector is one of the fastest growing in production. Due to the lack of income in savings accounts and the low percentage on mortgage loans, opportunities for investing in residential properties arise, due to which their prices rise. With the development of the sector, GDP also rises.
