Abstract

The accelerated development of technologies and the transformations that have occurred in the various spheres of human society have directed scientists from several fields of science to the meaning of their manifestation. The concept of Society 5.0 has emerged and is constantly being enriched. The purpose of this report is to study and systematize the impact of the challenges and opportunities of Society 5.0 to the retail and wholesale business, with a focus on the freedom of contracts. The generation of the new concept Society 5.0 poses the question of making sense of changes in the economic and social environment, consumer behavior and the emergence of new business models in wholesale and retail trade 5.0.
