Abstract

The ERP systems, which are software solutions designed to cover the entire business of an enterprise and all its departments and their processes, can be defined as highly complex systems. This makes the implementation of such a system an extremely complex process too, requiring knowledge of both the activity of the enterprise and all its functional departments on the one hand, and the features of the respective software solution with the capabilities and limitations on the other. The implementation of this type of software solutions, no matter who is their manufacturer and what enterprise they are implementing, requires that teams are knowledgeable in all aspects of the task and operate according to clearly defined rules and standards of operation.
