Abstract

The increasing dynamics in all spheres of human activity have contributed to the continuous changes in modern life and the demand from organizations for faster adaptation to them, flexibility and continual improvements. The prerequisites are related to the turbulent organizational and economic environment of modern business -the new information technologies, the internationalization of personnel, the need to manage the organizational culture. As examples of effective change management are self-learning organizations that master the basic principle of ensuring sustainable development and strategic stability through continuous training and self-improvement.
