Building Industry And Digital Transformation

Abstract

Computers have encouraged birth of IT and industry -4. The last is accompanied with the changes of many fields of economics and management. We are seeing how robots are changing humane work forces, computers and I phones-post services, ets. Many industries and business are already finished their digital presentation and are using new methods for management of all their activities. Building industry as a more conservative is not ready to enter in digital epoch. This study concentrates firstly seeking to clarify stat of art of the new work method and secondly to show some example of possibility which gives digital transformation for the sustainable development of building companies. Some attention will be paid to the difficulties which are present in the field of different type and measure of Bulgarian building companies.
