Abstract

The report presents an empirical study argueing the point of view that in intellectual property disputes, the non-economic interests of the parties involved are essential and may even dominate the economic ones. This preposi tion makes mediation a particularly suitable mean for resolving these conflicts, because it provides possibility the interests of the parties to be revealed and satis fied in their entirety.
