Abstract

The paper analyses some typical aspects of doctor-patient conflicts, looking at policies to address them through the lens of general health strategies, and considering possible options for implementing mediation procedures. On the basis of the analysis, proposals for introducing good practices to specific specialized administrations are justified, as well as possible hypotheses for shaping legislative changes.
