Differences In The Introduction Of Mediation In Preschool, School And Higher Education

Abstract

This report examines the differences in the introduction of mediation in preschool, school and higher education through an author's methodology for the application of mediation in the educational environment through the author's experience over the past 4 years. The conclusions form and raise as relevant and important the issue related to the significant social effect in the application of mediation in education - reducing aggression and conflict, due to the developed skills for effective communication, conflict management and negotiation.
