Evaluation of the Personnel During the Period of Economic Crisis

Abstract

The World Economic Crisis originated in the United States in 2008 and spread out across the Atlantic to strongly affect all the European countries by the beginning of 2009. The objective of this paper is to analyze the effect of the World Economic Crisis on personnel evaluation in an industrial firm and point out ways to mitigate the negative effects on personnel during period of economic crisis.
