Abstract

The paper focuses on the environment in which financial control is developed and perfected. This broad and stretch-like concept acquires logical specificity, and on this occasion a decomposition of the environment from the outside is realized. The analysis provides the opportunity to identify and recognize as key those specific characteristics that predetermine the formation and structuring of financial control in the familiar form and in form and content. The purpose of the exhibition is to present financial control as an element of the socio-economic system aimed at measurement and controlled management of changes in the process of social improvement.
