Abstract

The socio-economic development of each country builds upon key pillars that require special attention, a clearly planned spending and regional support policy. The education is a main part of these elements, and its character needs not only innovation, but also accessibility for each area and individuality. In the context of Europe 2020 the main problem to Bulgaria is sustainable growth and long-term planning of educational policy.
