The Tourism Regions in Bulgaria - Situation and Problems

Abstract

The study analyzes the current situation and the problems of tourist zoning and tourist regions in Bulgaria. The different degree of formation of the regions determined by the last official tourist zoning of the country is emphasized. The need for deeper exploration of territorial tourism systems and more efficient management of tourist regions in Bulgaria is highlighted.
